Hot Fill Machinery

We have a versatile range of machines to hot fill product into jars, godets, pallets etc. Machines can be manufactured to a variety of specifications from one to six pumps which are individually operated units that can be switched on or off as required. Each pump can be set to handle different products and fill volumes with either multiple fills into one container or into individual containers. The machine has many components and can be fitted with various accessories and features to fit your individual needs.

25 Litre Integrated Hot Fill Unit
25 Litre Integrated Hot Fill UnitA purpose built hot filling unit, heated by hot water at temperatures up to 90 C. The unit comprises of a 25 litre hopper with stirrer directly feeding a 1 to 30 ml pump, a flexible outlet hose and interchangeable nozzles.

All contact parts are 316 stainless steel. The filling volume, speed and nozzle position are all easily adjustable. Interchangeable foot switches, photoeyes etc, allow the unit to be easily switched from manual to automatic operation.

Units can be supplied with conveyors, container heating and handling systems, cooling tunnels etc. Upto 6 units can be used together for multiple filling of pallets. (more information)

 

Refrigerated Cooling Conveyor
A cooling conveyor to handle containers in plastic pucks with a maximum size of 80 X 80 mm. Cooled by a 3.0 Kw re-circulation air refrigeration system. Fitted with Pneumatically operated loader and unloader systems. Controlled by an Omron CQM1 A P. L. C. The temperature range in the tunnel is from ambient to 2 Deg +/- 1 Deg C.
