Lipsticks At Kemwall we ensure that every product that leaves our factory is manufactured to the highest standards and passes our stringent quality control. For this reason all our lipstick moulds are made from high quality aluminium alloy. All moulds are produced by computer controlled machines and polished to a mirror finish in the cavities. We have the facilities to manufacture many types of hand moulds for almost every shape and size of lipstick, salves and lip balm. Kettles are available with 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 litre capacities. Features include:
- Electrically heated
- Digital temperature control
- Water jackets - stainless steel with plastic foam insulation
- Polished stainless steel liners

(more information)  Refrigeration Units
Our purpose built stainless steel clad refrigeration units are specially designed to rapidly cool up to six lipstick moulds at a time. All units use a ¾hp refrigeration unit with sliding lids to allow easy loading and unloading but also prevent excessive frosting. (more information)
 Lipstick Glazing Units
We manufacture two types of flaming units to give a high gloss finish to lipsticks:
- Conveyer units 3 metres long are designed with 250mm wide side tables and a flaming box with 2 fully adjustable air injection gas burners for outputs up to 2,500 sticks per hour.
- The space saving 24 station rotary unit with hot air blower ensures a totally even finish at speeds of up to 1,500 sticks per hour.
