Mark 6 Series 5 Cosmetic Powder Press FEATURES
- Simple easy fit tooling to twin feed godets up to 36mm and single feed godets up to 75mm
- Pneumatic godet loading with jam detection and simple correction.
- Vibration powder hopper with improved characteristics over stirrer hopper.
- Precision infinitely adjustable pressing action that gives the powder a low pressure squeeze to remove air from the powder prior to compaction. The speed and time of the squeeze and transition to the final pressure are all adjustable by a colour touch screen. The touch screen has a pressing programme memory with easy storage and recall.
- The pressing ribbon is wound on after each pressing by a motorised winder unit.
OPTIONS - Stainless Steel wire belted cleaning conveyor with a rotary ultra soft cleaning brush, vacuum hood and collecting tray.
- Low level sensor in the powder hopper to operate a warning beacon.
- Automatic bowl feeding both single and twin track completely integrated with the press.
