This manually operated mascara filler is a robust purpose-built unit which fills the thinnest eyeliner to the thickest mascara. Placing containers by hand over the nozzle, they are automatically and cleanly filled through the wiper bags without trapping the air. The filling nozzle can be as small as 2.5mm diameter. The product is loaded into either a 10 litre stainless steel vessel which mounts onto the machine column, or a trolley-mounted 30 litre stainless steel vessel. Product is fed by cleaned compressed air to the pump, which is a stainless steel rotary valve piston type, mounted on a height adjustable column.
This machine is simple to maintain and easily cleaned without the need for special tools. (more information)
